H.E. Andrei Galbur, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, will pay an official visit to Turkey on 22-23 August 2016 upon the invitation of H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.

During the visit, Turkish- Moldovan bilateral relations will be comprehensively discussed and the preparations for the high-level contacts planned to be held between two countries in the coming period will be reviewed. An exchange of views concerning current regional and international issues will also take place.

During the visit, H.E. Andrei Galbur will be received by President H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister H.E. Binali Yıldırım. H.E. Andrei Galbur will also visit the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which was damaged during the coup attempt, and hold a meeting with H.E. İsmail Kahraman, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
